Why we started Invitations@ Doorstep

We know the struggle of Metro cities, Traffic , Parking woes, Showing cards to family members on whatsapp groups or video calls. To make this all easy we are now bringing our whole store at your door to get your invitation done from Card selection to Delivery all from comfort of your home.

Is there any extra cost for Invitations@ Doorstep

We are charging Rs. 99/- as part of consultation. But these are waived off or cancelled from the final billing amount if you book invitations with u

How to order ?

Just like any other e-commerce site.

1.Select the design

2.Calculate the quantity or people in your family tree…

3.Let us know whether if you require any addl. Services (customization, printing etc).

My cards are not same as shown in website ?

That maybe true. As we try to keep the card color as near as possible to the actual but due to photographic condition the color vary.

Do I get printed cards?

You get un printed cards, for printing of your content the charges would be additional. Please select the Need printing service option or contact our customer care at earliest after placing order. We will communicate the charges and other details.

What after we make payment ?

Just relax, we will review the payment and the product details. Post quality checks we would pack and ship it at earliest possible.

If you want the printing also to be done from our end, our Invitation consultant will get in touch with you regarding the content and other details would be discussed over the call.

We have various modes of payments you can choose to opt for online payments or also directly deposit cheque, cash, DD in our bank accounts. (Please do not transfer in any of other personal accounts stating to be members or employees of our company)

Once your order is passed by our quality check team your cards are packed with utmost safety to avoid any damage during transit.

We usually ship through surface mode in case of express delivery service please get in touch with our team. (Charges would vary for same)

Our Major Courier partners are Fedex, Delhivery, India Post, Xpress bees and some other major reputed companies. Depending on pincode and feasibility we choose the best service for you.

All shipments can be tracked through the Way bill No or reference number. In case of any delay in delivery we would request you to get in touch with the courier company for quick resolution

Who will draft the content in the card?

If you have opted for printing service with us our Invitation expert would get in touch with you. You just need to help us with the content and rest leave it on us we will do the needful.

Only after your confirmation on proof we proceed for printing.

What are different modes of printing?

There are multiple options in printing.

a.Screen Printing – High Quality metallic finish printing (Printed by Hand)

b.Offset printing- It’s a basic quality printing. (Machine printing)

Which colours are available?

There are some limited colours available in screen and offset printing (Our expert would give you options for same to choose from)

Can you print in multiple colours?

Yes, we can, there are multiple colour options available which we would discuss at time of drafting the content. The charges would vary accordingly.

THE PRINTING IS NOT CLEAR AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT.

We are known for quality work and we take pride in it. We check cards before we start printing, we won’t send you damaged goods. Since screen printing and offset printing process are altogether different than the digital printing there is a minor possibility that the cliparts or images won’t resemble exactly the same as we can see in draft. In case of any discrepancy in the content printed which is something different what you have approved we would fix it at our cost.

We do a strict check on quality part regarding the count and damages. There might be a variance in very rare occasion since our invitation/ Wedding cards are handmade and given the nature of the same there is a slight possibility of same.

Can we get customized cards?

Yes custom cards are available which can be made purely on your theme or concept. Please drop us an email on invitations@houseofcards.in or an Hi ! on our Chat box.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We currently don’t have any return policy but yes we do exchange the cards in case of any damages or defective cards.

Once the order is placed the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds are based exclusively on case to case basis***
